- Data Migration Status:
- The data import process is complete. If you have any issues with your account, do not see your data, or have any questions or concerns, please email us at support@nutri-q.com.
- Known Issues:
- All migrated client forms were assigned the date of migration when imported. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to adjust any of the dates on imported data.
- Some users have reported issues with passwords or account creation. Please email us at support@nutri-q.com and our team will assist you in getting logged in.
- Known issues with the NAQ V2 – Body Systems Symptom Burden Graph and Foundations Symptom Burden Graph.
- There is a formatting issue where the bar graph is getting split into three bars at the edge of each priority column instead of spanning the columns continuously.
- Symptom Burden Graphs are downloading as a blank PDF for some Mac users. This has been verified in Chrome and Brave browsers. We are working on a fix for these issues with high priority.

- Practitioners can now expand more than one tab in a client’s Submitted Data section, allowing you to scroll through multiple reports at once.
- Fixed an issue where Symptom Burden Graph PDF downloads were pixelated or low-resolution when generated from some browsers/devices.

- Added a “Form Visibility” setting while creating custom forms. Practitioners can now control whether their custom forms are client facing, practitioner facing, or both. You can read more about this here.
- All custom practitioner-created forms now appear in the “Default Forms” list on the practitioner’s Account Settings page.

- Fixed an issue where the Health and Wellness Wheel PDF said “Nothing Entered” for all questions, even though the web report shows that the form was fully filled out. This report now downloads correctly.

- Fixed scheduler issues that occurred when the client and practitioner were in different time zones that crossed the International Date Line. Booked appointments are now correctly displayed in the local date and time for both client and practitioner in these circumstances.
- Updated help links on the 3rd Party Integrations page on the Practitioner site.
- Fixed an issue where the vertical scrollbar was extremely narrow when using Chrome or Edge browser.

- Fixed a bug with the Practice Better integration. When clients submitted a NAQ that was assigned from Practice Better, the associated reports were generated in Nutri-Q, but were not being sent back to the client’s PB profile. All NAQ reports are now sent to Practice Better in PDF form.

- Fixed an issue where NAQ v2 was being sent to clients instead of v1 when a NAQ form was sent through Practice Better. This issue affected clients from approximately 9/22-9/30.
- Fixed a typo in the “To-Do Items” section header on the client site.
- Practitioners can now expand the text-input boxes on the Initial Interview Questionnaire when adding practitioner notes to the report.
- Added the Video/Zoom link to the Appointment Details window for remote appointments.
- Added the client’s phone number and email address to the confirmation email when an appointment is booked from the public scheduler URL.
- NAQ Recommendations Reports on the Recommendations tab now show the submission date of the NAQ they correspond to.
- Fixed an issue on NAQ V1 where the form did not automatically scroll to the top of the next page when clicking the “Next” button.

- Fixed a bug in the Symptom Burden Comparison Report (NAQ V1), which caused scores for the second (more recent) NAQ to be reported incorrectly.
- Fixed an issue where the New Package Invitation email was not always delivered to clients.
- Fixed the “Resend Invite” option under Client Packages on the Client Details page.
- Prompt clients to log into Nutri-Q if they click a Package Invitation link but are not signed into their account. This solves an issue where the Purchase Package button was unresponsive if the client was not logged in.
- Added a link to the Stripe Portal on the 3rd Party Integrations page so practitioners can access their Stripe account settings.

- Fixed an issue where the client’s zip code was omitted from the address section of the Initial Interview report and PDF.
- The Recommendations form now maintains any line breaks in the practitioner’s text when generating the report and PDF, improving readability.
- The scheduler now offers appointment slots in 15 minute intervals for every appointment type. This increases the number of appointments available per day and improves flexibility in scheduling.
- Fixed a bug where the scheduler sometimes allowed clients to book appointments during times the practitioner had blocked as unavailable on their calendar.
- Fixed an issue where the “Number Range” answer type in custom forms would not allow clients to answer 0 (zero), even though the practitioner included zero in the number range.
- Improved text formatting on the Disclaimer/Waiver custom form. Line breaks are maintained in the PDF download.

- Fixed an issue with the Therapeutic Nutrient Plan form. This form now appears in the Add Data tab for Practitioner Clients when it is enabled in Account Settings.
- NAQ V2 is now available as an option in the Default Forms section of the Client Self-Registration page.
- Fixed an error message that appeared when clicking on an upcoming appointment on the Client Dashboard.
- Fixed a formatting issue so the Symptom Burden Comparison PDF report fits on one page.
- If a practitioner deletes a Custom Form from their My Forms list, all previously submitted instances of that form remain visible to the practitioner with all data intact. This fixes an issue with client data disappearing when a Custom Form was removed.

- Fixed a bug with the Health and Wellness Wheel where clients could not select numbers higher than 5 on the (0-10) answer scale.
- Practitioners can now increase the size of the text boxes on the Consultation Plan form.

- When clients are assigned multiple forms at once, the “New To-Dow” notification email now lists all the forms, instead of just one.

- Fixed a bug with the “Show NAQ Symptom Burden Graph to Clients” setting in a practitioner’s Account Settings. When enabled, all new clients can see their Symptom Burden Graphs by default.

- Fixed known issues with the Initial Interview report. Client’s phone numbers now appear on the report, and formatting bugs with height and weight were resolved.

- Fixed an issue with the question numbers on the NAQ not matching the question numbers on the Severity Report.

- The Nutri-Q API was approved for Google Calendar integration. Users will no longer see an error message when attempting to link a Nutri-Q account with their Google Calendar.
- Fixed an issue with Fullscript integration, which caused some users to see an error message when linking their accounts.
- Fixed an issue with incorrectly numbered questions on the NAQ form; question numbers now align with the the Signs and Symptoms textbook.

- Added an error message near the Back/Next buttons on forms to notify clients when they have not answered a required question.

- Fixed an issue where the self-serve password reset on the client and practitioner login pages stopped working intermittently.

- Fixed an issue so that the “Download with Notes” button on a completed Client Application form correctly adds Notes to the PDF file.
- Fixed an issue where certain forms in the Practitioner’s Add Data tab were displaying client-facing forms.
- Fixed an issue where the full Zoom link was not included in the Appointment Booked confirmation email.
