  • Data Migration Status:
    • The data import process is complete. If you have any issues with your account, do not see your data, or have any questions or concerns, please email us at support@nutri-q.com.
  • Known Issues:
    • All migrated client forms were assigned the date of migration when imported. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to adjust any of the dates on imported data.
    • Some users have reported issues with passwords or account creation. Please email us at support@nutri-q.com and our team will assist you in getting logged in.
    • When comparing two NAQs in the Symptom Burden Comparison Report, scores for the second (more recent) NAQ may be reported incorrectly.
    • In the Data Analysis tab, the Download Report button for the Severity Comparison Report (NAQ V1) is not working.
    • On the 3rd Party Integrations page, the help links in the Stripe section do not work (Accept Appointment Payments and Create Client Packages).
    • There are multiple issues on the My Packages page:
      • The Purchase Package link in the New Package Invitation email does not work.
      • The Purchase Package link on the client’s My Packages page does not work.
      • The New Package Invitation email is not always delivered to clients successfully.
      • There is a placeholder name in the Generate Package Link window.
  • 3rd Party Integrations:
    • Practice Better, Fullscript, and all other integrations are currently live. If you have any questions or issues, please email us at support@nutri-q.com.

  • Changes
    • Fixed an issue with the Multi-Report download tool where the Cover Page was attached at the end of the PDF instead of the beginning.
    • Fixed a bug in the Multi-Report download tool, where the Severity Report I and II were not included in the PDF even though they were selected.

    • Fixed an issue with character limits on the Food & Mood Journal. Clients can now enter unlimited text while logging their days.

  • Changes
    • An annual Nutri-Q subscription is now available for $119.88 (billed once per year). By purchasing an annual subscription, practitioners receive a discounted rate of $9.99/month instead of $14.99 (when paying monthly).

  • Changes
    • Added a confirmation pop-up when a practitioner selects “Remove” on a pending To-Do Item, to prevent accidental deletion.
    • Added a confirmation pop-up when practitioners click “Send back to client” on submitted forms so that forms are not sent back accidentally.

  • Changes
    • Fixed an issue where the client’s zip code was omitted from the address section of the Initial Interview report and PDF.
    • The Recommendations form now maintains any line breaks in the practitioner’s text when generating the report and PDF, improving readability.
    • The scheduler now offers appointment slots in 15 minute intervals for every appointment type. This increases the number of appointments available per day and improves flexibility in scheduling.
    • Fixed a bug where the scheduler sometimes allowed clients to book appointments during times the practitioner had blocked as unavailable on their calendar.
    • Fixed an issue where the “Number Range” answer type in custom forms would not allow clients to answer 0 (zero), even though the practitioner included zero in the number range.
    • Improved text formatting on the Disclaimer/Waiver custom form. Line breaks are maintained in the PDF download.

  • Changes
    • Fixed an issue with the Food & Mood Journal not allowing clients to accurately enter their wake and sleep time on each logged day.
    • Fixed a bug on the My Clients page, where all clients were listed as “Unlinked” under type, regardless of their actual account type.
    • Fixed issues with search filters on the My Clients page, including Favorites and Tags.

  • Changes
    • Fixed a formatting issue on the Clinical Presentation form, where text on the PDF was cut-off or overlapped the footer when the PDF ran onto a second page.

    • Fixed an issue on the Symptom Burden Comparison report where scores in the Total Symptom Burden section were assigned to the wrong NAQ submission. (When comparing two NAQs, the scores were swapped).

  • Changes
    • Text fields on the Recommendations form now periodically auto-save your progress to prevent lost data before the form is submitted.
    • Fixed a bug where the Supplements section was not appearing on downloaded Recommendation PDF reports.
    • Updated the account creation email notification to prevent an issue some clients were experiencing with blank Food & Mood Journals.
    • Custom Disclaimer/Waiver forms now show the entire Disclaimer text in the downloaded PDF file.

  • Changes
    • Fixed an issue where the date of each logged entry in a submitted Food & Mood Journal was displayed incorrectly (one day earlier than the actual log date) in the report.
    • Fixed a bug where the “Booked On” date in the Appointment Details window was incorrect.
    • Fixed an issue with longer appointment types, where the scheduler was offering an appointment slot toward the end of the day that would run beyond a practitioner’s working hours.

May 1st 2024

  • Changes
    • The scheduler now provides more time slots for each appointment type, giving clients the ability to book their appointments more precisely.
    • Fixed an issue with the search bar on the My Clients page. Searching by a clients full name (First and Last) should now work correctly.

April 30th 2024

  • Changes
    • Fixed an issue with the Therapeutic Nutrient Plan form. This form now appears in the Add Data tab for Practitioner Clients when it is enabled in Account Settings.
    • NAQ V2 is now available as an option in the Default Forms section of the Client Self-Registration page.
    • Fixed an error message that appeared when clicking on an upcoming appointment on the Client Dashboard.
    • Fixed a formatting issue so the Symptom Burden Comparison PDF report fits on one page.
    • If a practitioner deletes a Custom Form from their My Forms list, all previously submitted instances of that form remain visible to the practitioner with all data intact. This fixes an issue with client data disappearing when a Custom Form was removed.

April 29th 2024

  • Changes
    • Fixed a bug with the Health and Wellness Wheel where clients could not select numbers higher than 5 on the (0-10) answer scale.
    • Practitioners can now increase the size of the text boxes on the Consultation Plan form.
    • Removed outdated information about the Initial Interview Questionnaire on the Account Details page.
    • When clients are assigned multiple forms at once, the “New To-Dow” notification email now lists all the forms, instead of just one.

April 26th 2024

  • Changes
    • Practice Better Integration is now live. You can link your account from the 3rd Party Integrations page in your Account Settings.
    • Fixed a bug with the “Show NAQ Symptom Burden Graph to Clients” setting in a practitioner’s Account Settings. When enabled, all new clients can see their Symptom Burden Graphs by default.

April 25th 2024

  • Changes
    • When a practitioner books an appointment for a client, they can now see client names in addition to their email addresses in the dropdown menu.
    • Fixed an issue where a client’s date of birth did not save correctly after a practitioner edited on the Client Details page.
    • The “Appointment Link” URLs on the practitioner’s Appointment page now correctly open directly to the specific appointment type selected.
    • Fixed an issue where practitioners were not receiving a confirmation email when clients booked an appointment from their direct Scheduler URL.
    • Fixed a bug where clients in some time zones were presented with appointment options that did not match their practitioner’s working hours.

    • Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ V2 Foundations & Body Systems) was released today. The updated questionnaire and associated reports are now included in the available Practitioner forms. You can read a brief overview of the changes in NAQ V2 here.     • Health Coach clients now receive an email notification when their practitioner publishes a new Action Plan.
    • Fixed some formatting issues on the health coach Action Plan PDF report for both client and practitioner.
    • Fixed an issue with overlapping rows on the Monthly Calendar in the Practitioner’s scheduler.

  • Changes
    • Fixed the nt_otp_trackers bug, which was preventing practitioners from creating new accounts on the Practitioner Login page.
    • Health Coach clients now receive email notifications when their practitioner assigns them any default form as a to-do item.

  • Changes
    • Fixed issues with the Multi-Report Download function. The Health and Wellness Wheel and Food & Mood Journal now display correctly in the combined PDF, and the report includes practitioner notes.
    • Appointment cancellation emails now include the practitioner’s email address, inviting the client to reschedule if necessary.

  • Changes
    • Fixed an issue where the Food & Mood Journal preview on the My Forms page was blank.
    • Practitioners can now select up to four NAQs in the Symptom Burden Comparison Graph, allowing better trend analysis.
    • Fixed issues with overlapping labels on the Symptom Burden Comparison Graph, and made changes to improve readability.
    • Nutri-Q appointments on Google Calendar now display more details, including the client’s name and contact information.
    • When filling out an NAQ, users can press tab to move to the next question and use the arrow keys to select an answer. This is faster than using the mouse when a practitioner is manually entering an NAQ for a client.

    • Practitioners can now include custom forms with their Client Self-Registration link.
    • Fixed an issue with text formatting on the Consultation Plan form. This form now maintains any line breaks in the practitioner’s text, resulting in better readability.

    • Fixed an issue with Google Calendar integration. Appointments booked with the Nutri-Q scheduler now appear on the practitioner’s linked Google Calendar.
    • Fixed an issue where clients from a different time zone than their practitioner could schedule appointments that fell outside the practitioner’s designated working hours.  
    • Fixed a bug where existing Notes were overwritten when practitioners would add additional Notes to the Food & Mood Journal.
    • Fixed an issue with confusing/misleading question numbering on the the Severity Report PDF download.
    • Added a way to move rows up and down on the Recommendations form so practitioners can change the order of their recommendations.

    • Fixed an issue with incorrect formatting on the Initial Interview report.
    • Fixed an issue with the “Show NAQ Symptom Burden Graph to Client” option in the practitioner dashboard. Clients can now view the Symptom Burden Graph when a practitioner enables this option.
    • Fixed a bug with the Symptom Burden Report showing sections for both Male and Female Health Issues, despite the client only filling out an NAQ for their selected gender.
    • Practitioners now receive an email notification when a health coach client submits a Food & Mood Journal.
    • Added functionality to the Food & Mood Journal so clients can edit the time range of a row, and delete rows that are no longer needed.

April 1st 2024

  • Changes
    • Fixed an issue with questions appearing in the wrong order on the Health Coaching Client Intake Form.  
    • Fixed a bug where Note fields on the Food & Mood Journal were automatically populated with the last Note entered by the practitioner.
    • Fixed an issue with the pause button not saving practitioners’ progress on the Consultation Plan form.
    • The Pause To-Do Item link at the bottom of the NAQ now works as expected.
    • Fixed an issue where the client’s answers to the Male/Female Reproductive System questions did not appear in the Initial Interview report.

    • Fixed an issue where the appointment date shown in the confirmation email for a scheduled appointment was one day earlier than the correct appointment date.
    • Practitioners now receive a confirmation email when clients submit their NAQ and other forms.
    • All category names were removed from the client-facing NAQ form.

  • Changes
    • Fixed an issue related to the Gallbladder/Bile Salt recommendations in the NAQ Client Recommendation Report. This report now provides accurate recommendations.
    • Health Coach practitioners now receive a confirmation email when a client submits paperwork, such as the Health Coaching Client Intake Form.

March 27th 2024

  • Changes
    • Practitioners can now manually enter a client’s NAQ from the Add Data tab, if the client filled out an NAQ on paper, for example.
    • The Follow-Up Form was added to the Data & To-Do Items tab so practitioners can assign this form to a client and send it to their dashboard.
    • Fixed known issues with the Initial Interview report. Client’s phone numbers now appear on the report, and formatting bugs with height and weight were resolved.
    • Fixed an issue with wording on the Initial Coaching Session Notes form.
    • When a Health Coach Practitioner submits a Client Action Plan, the Action Plan is now published to the Action Plans tab on the client’s dashboard.

March 22nd 2024

  • Changes
    • Fixed an issue with the question numbers on the NAQ not matching the question numbers on the Severity Report.
    • Fixed a misspelling on the Client Self-Registration page on the practitioner site.
    • Fixed an issue where the date of a scheduled appointment on the practitioner’s calendar did not match the date in the Appointment Details window.
    • Fixed an issue on the client site where the date shown in Upcoming Appointments did not match the date shown in the Appointment Details for that booking.

March 21st 2024

  • Changes
    • The Nutri-Q API was approved for Google Calendar integration. Users will no longer see an error message when attempting to link a Nutri-Q account with their Google Calendar.
    • Fixed an issue with Fullscript integration, which caused some users to see an error message when linking their accounts.
    • Fixed an issue with incorrectly numbered questions on the NAQ form; question numbers now align with the the Signs and Symptoms textbook.

March 20th 2024

  • Changes
    • Fixed an issue where notes overlapped the form content in downloaded PDF reports.
    • Removed placeholder text from tooltips on the My Clients page and added accurate information.
    • Added an error message near the Back/Next buttons on forms to notify clients when they have not answered a required question.
    • Fixed an issue with the Update Password function on the Practitioner site. Practitioners can now change their password from the My Accounts page.

March 15th 2024

  • Changes
    • Fixed an issue where the self-serve password reset on the client and practitioner login pages stopped working intermittently.  
    • Fixed an issue so that subject line in email templates matches the subject line in the actual email.
    • Fixed an issue so that the “Download with Notes” button on a completed Client Application form correctly adds Notes to the PDF file. 
    • Fixed an issue where certain forms in the Practitioner’s Add Data tab were displaying client-facing forms. 
    • Fixed an issue where the full Zoom link was not included in the Appointment Booked confirmation email. 
    • Practitioners can now preview forms on the My Forms page by clicking the form name.
    • Fixed an issue that displayed an incorrect practitioner name on the confirmation page after submitting a Food & Mood Journal.
