Creating and Editing Packages

Using Nutri-Q’s Packages system, you can bundle your services so clients can pay for a specified number of appointment up front. This page will cover how to create a new package which you can then invite your clients to purchase.

Before you can create Packages you must link your Nutri-Q account to Stripe so you can accept payments on the platform.  Read about linking your Stripe account here.

Creating a Package

Use the following steps to create a new Package:

  1. Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your practitioner Dashboard, and select My Account.
  2. In the left-sidebar click My Packages.
  3. On the My Packages page, click the Add Package button.
  4. Fill in the details of the package, including Package Title, Package Description, Package Price, and Total Sessions, then click Submit.

Package Description

This is your opportunity to let your clients know exactly what they are getting when they purchase this package.  If the package includes multiple appointments, we recommend you list which of your Appointment Types are included and provide a brief description of each. You should also describe anything else you want to include in your package, and make sure your client knows how to proceed with their first session.

Package Price

The Package Price includes whatever number of sessions (appointments) specified below in the Total Sessions field, as well as anything else in the Package Description.

Total Sessions

This field lets you set the number of sessions (appointments) included in the package.  In the example above, the package entitles the client to 3 sessions.  If a client were to purchase this package, they would be able to book three paid appointment types on their practitioner’s calendar without any further fees.

Editing an Existing Package

If you need to make changes to an existing package, you can do so with the following steps:

  1. Go to the My Packages page.
  2. Click anywhere on the Package you wish to edit.
  3. On the Detail page, click the Package Info tab.
  4. Click Edit Package Information. The Package Details window opens, where you can edit the Package Title, Description, Price, and Total Sessions.

After you click Submit, the details are updated in the Package Information section, and in all pending invites to that package.
