Food & Mood Journal

This food logging method allows the client to write whatever they would like in each section and it gives you a good overview of their food, lifestyle, BMs, exercise, etc. The client logs the following categories: foods, drinks, supplements, energy & mood, movement & relaxation, and digestion & reactions.

The Food & Mood Journal needs to be assigned to your client as a To-Do Item and once they submit it then it is complete. They cannot go back and add to it after, and you are not able to see their log until they submit it. Think of it like a paper form that they have filled out and then turned in when they were finished. This makes it great for collecting detailed initial food and lifestyle information, but it’s not a good option if you’d like them to log their foods long-term since you wouldn’t be able to see it until it’s submitted.
