Incomplete Payments in Stripe

When you view your Stripe Payments you might see rows with an ‘Incomplete’ status that look like this:

This means that this client started to book a paid appointment but hasn’t completed the payment portion yet. They have selected a paid appointment, chosen a date/time for that appointment, and entered in their information. They were then taken to the payment view to enter their payment information and that step hasn’t been completed at this time. They have 15 minutes to complete the payment step, and if it’s not completed during that time the status in this row will be changed to ‘Canceled’. This ‘Canceled’ status just means that they never entered their payment information to secure the appointment, so this particular appointment slot is again available for others to book.
