Sending and Purchasing a Package

Now that you have created a package, let’s invite a client to purchase it. There are a few ways that you can invite a client to purchase this package. From the My Packages page, the first option is to simply click on the ‘Send to client’ button:

Creating a Package

Start by logging into your Nutri-Q account, then click on the icon in the top right corner and then click ‘My Account’:

To start, click on the icon in the top right corner, then click ‘My Account’.

Then you can select the client that you’d like to invite from the dropdown menu. If you’d prefer to send the invite yourself, you can check the ‘Do not email the package invite’ box and then send them the generated link in a separate email.

For the second option to invite a client to purchase a package, you can go to a client’s page and then click on the ‘Info & Settings’ tab. Here you’ll find the ‘Client Packages’ section, which shows what packages a client has purchased and gives you the option to invite them to purchase a package. You can click on the ‘Send Package Invite’ button to select a package and send it to this client:

In our example, we’ll select our ‘3 Session Package’ package from the dropdown and click ‘Send Package’:

You’ll then get a confirmation message that the invite was sent:

After you close the confirmation message you will now see that the ‘Client Packages’ section has been updated. In our example, it now shows that we have invited our client to purchase the ‘3 Session Package’:

You can click on the package name to see more details:

You can also click on the triple dots to view more options:

Our example client has received the following email invite:

And when this client clicks on the link in the email, they will be taken to the following page to purchase the package:

After paying, the client will see a page confirming that they have successfully purchased the package:

You can also click on the payment to view more details, such as the Stripe’s fees:

And now when you go to your client’s page, you will see a new icon in the top right corner indicating that they have an active package. Only clients with active packages will have this icon. On the ‘Info & Settings’ tab under ‘Client Packages’ you will also see that the package is now marked as ‘Active’:
